I'm sure you all would have found out your events/date/day and all the other information for your respective runs.
Things to note:
-Do not do any runs (without coach telling you to) the day before your race.
-Drink lots of water!
-Have plenty of rest. (Sleep Early!)
-Have your meal at least 3 1/2 hrs (sprinters), 4 hrs (middle d.) before your race.
-Buy fruits/2pieces of bread & orange juice/milo/soyabean milk. (on your way if you dont have time to eat)
-Inform your subject and form teachersabout your absence in class. (ask a friend to note/collect your hw!)
-Be at CCK stadium 1 1/2 hrs before your race begins.
-Bring jersey, jacket + extra attire (incase of bad weather) & other necessities.
**Bring your *NUMBER TAGS & safety pins during your race day. (or they won't let you run!)
